For more than 20 years, I built my career in the food service industry, growing from hands-on leadership as a General Manager into a District Manager role that I held for more than nine years.
Throughout that journey, I learned that true leadership is about far more than managing a business, meeting goals, or delivering results – it is about people.
I developed a passion for recognizing potential in others, creating opportunities, and helping people grow beyond what they may have believed was possible for themselves. Some of my greatest accomplishments have not been measured by sales or numbers, but by watching people I coached, mentored, and believed in develop the confidence and skills to achieve their own goals.
Those experiences shaped the leader and entrepreneur I am today.
True Visionary Enterprises was born from the belief that business can be successful while also serving a greater purpose. I wanted to take decades of leadership, operational experience, discipline, and a genuine commitment to people and build something that could create opportunities, strengthen communities, and leave a lasting legacy.
That same vision is reflected in Exquisite Treats. What may begin with a vending machine is ultimately about something much greater: convenience, service, relationships, and opportunity. We are not simply placing products in machines – we are building partnerships and creating experiences that bring value to the people and locations we serve.
It is also reflected in Majestic Wash N Clean, a name inspired by the majesty, excellence, and order of God.
Scripture reminds us, “O Lord, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth.” (Psalm 8:1).
Majestic represents more than laundry services; it represents our commitment to serve with excellence, care for what has been entrusted to us, and bring freshness, dignity, and order into the lives and spaces of the guests we serve. It is another expression of our belief that even the work of our hands can honor God when it is done with purpose and excellence.
My journey has taught me that success means more when you can use what you have learned to help someone else succeed. I believe leadership carries a responsibility to build people, develop potential, open doors, and leave something meaningful behind for the next generation.
Today, I continue that journey with the same principles that have guided me throughout my career: faith, vision, discipline, excellence, and service to others.
